Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Senior Benefits Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This hybrid role requires the individual to work 3 days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, particularly with integration files, and a deep understanding of the benefits platform BenefitFocus. The Senior Benefits Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing benefits data, ensuring seamless integrations, and resolving technical issues related to benefits systems. The role also involves supporting the implementation and maintenance of employee benefit programs, working closely with HR and other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze benefits data within the BenefitFocus platform.
  • Work with integration files to ensure smooth and accurate data transmission between systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with HR and other teams to maintain and improve benefits offerings.
  • Assist with benefits reporting, compliance, and audits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate enrollment and changes to employee benefits.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on benefits systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in benefits administration, with a focus on BenefitFocus platform.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly with integration files and system troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage complex benefits data and ensure accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Must be based in Jacksonville, FL.
